Ingredients for 2 persons

white wine
• 100 gr
fresh spinach
• 2 tbsps

medium carrots
• 2 tbsp
sesame seeds
• to taste
salt and pepper
• as required
extra virgin olive oil
  1. Marinate the chicken in the wine, 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, for approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Wash, peel and slice the carrots. Pour the water in the Snips Steamer and put the carrots in the first container on top.
  3. Place the second container with the chicken on top of that.
  4. Close with the lid and cook for approximately 8 minutes at 600 W.
  5. Prepare the dressing: toast the almonds in a non-stick pan without adding oil and chop them finely in a blender together with the spinach, the lemon peel, a pinch of salt and oil as required.
  6. Toast the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan and use them to dress the carrots; serve the chicken with the spinach dressing.
